Limbico<\/a> is a musical project founded in 2021 by the Vigo musician Iago Marta. A proposal in which jazz and improvisation play a leading role, and for which he has counted on four other renowned musicians from the city: Macarena Montesinos on cello, Jos\u00e9 Manuel D\u00edaz on double bass, Diego Alonso on saxophone, and H\u00e9ctor Agulla on drums. The line-up is completed by Iago Marta himself, who is in charge of composition and guitar.<\/p>\n

For his first album, with the same name, Iago decided to count on Peri for the cover design. The result is this image, in which nature and construction compete in a dreamy atmosphere. In addition, the contrast between organic and geometric shapes, usual in Peri Helio’s work<\/a>, alludes to the contrast between composition and improvisation that coexist in this album.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
