The exhibition Migrations<\/em> focuses on a series of drawings<\/a> by Peri Helio. Works, some of them unpublished, most of which have been created from the spring of 2020 to the present day.<\/p>\n

His work has been greatly influenced by the birdsong that Peri could hear effortlessly from his home. Uneven birds, with heads of unlikely shapes, become the protagonists of his prints.<\/p>\n

Not only do these works give shape to the exhibition, but it is extended by other previous works that connect perfectly with this bird world. Works that serve as a stage for the flight of these birds, which travel along migratory routes between parallel realities.<\/p>\n

The imagery to which Peri is so accustomed, with its paradoxical structures and fantastic animals, blends masterfully with this new repertoire. A whole symbolism shapes the author’s personal universe in which surrealism, architecture and nature play a very important role.<\/p>\n

The result of this work is a set of images in which one can appreciate a very meticulous and delicate artistic language, related to his other passions: astronomy and mathematics. Infinite strokes intertwine, inventing impossible objects, and large opaque gaps push us to submerge ourselves in the depths of his universe.<\/p>\n

From the Cu\u00f1a-Casasbellas Foundation<\/a> we invite you to the Sala Versus where you can come for a walk, in this case a flight from which you can glimpse the productive genius of Peri Helio.<\/p>\n
